Baker Park really did not disappoint at this fall session with the Weiss family. The leaves had finally started turning pretty colors, and the sun was setting, so we got this gorgeous golden hour glow with pretty leaves thrown in.
The Weiss family was so much fun. I learned that Jennifer and Shawn are both teachers. Can you believe that!? So, they teach other people’s kids all day long, then they come home and parent their own kids. They are the real heroes, you guys. Shawn teaches 6th grade, so I feel like he is especially brave.
Julia and Kevin were such good sports for me and smiled whenever I asked. The second I met Kevin, he told me this really long story, and I knew we would be friends. He has the most infectious smile and laugh, so taking his picture was super easy. Julia is the same age as my Evie, but she was much easier to take pictures of than Evie. She smiled and laughed, and did everything that was asked of her. Seriously, talk about dream clients!
After I mentioned that I was looking for good light to take pictures, Julia spent the rest of the time finding light for me. In fact, the last two locations we chose was because Julia found such great light! I think she’s a future photographer.
